BBQ Ribs
2 Tbs hoisin sauce
6 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs soy sauce
Ribs
Hoisin Sauce:
4 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs sugar
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chinese hot sauce (chili oil)
1/2 tsp back pepper
